2. Choose the Perfect Gemstones
After our consultation, we'll tap into our extensive network of gemsuppliers to find the perfect stone for your design. We will present severtal options for you to choose from before finalizing the selection
3. Payment
Based on your design and gemstone choices, we'll generate an invoice. Full payment is required to begin crafting your custom piece and ensure its timely delivery.
4. 3D Render Shared
In this phase we will create a detailed 3D rendering of your piece, incorporating all your specifications. Once the design is complete, we'll send it to you for approval.
5. Creation
After securing your gemstones, our master artisans will meticulously craft your unique piece. This process typically takes up to 3 weeks.
6. Delivery
Once your piece is complete, it undergoes a thorough inspection by our quality control team. If it meets our high standards, your luxury item will be couriered to you within 2 weeks. From payment to delivery, expect a timeframe of 4 to 6 weeks for your custom jewelry to arrive.

Where are your gemstones certified?
All center diamonds are certified by the GIA, and our center-colored gemstones are certified by the Precious Gem Testing Laboratories, based in Sri Lanka.
How do I know what my ring size is?
You can visit a local jeweler to get your ring size or purchase a ring sizer online (for about $10). We’re happy to guide you through the process if needed.
Do you offer engraving services?
Yes, we do! We can personalize your piece with engravings upon request—just let us know what you have in mind.
What is the payment structure?
Once the design is finalized, we require full payment before beginning production. This ensures we can source the best materials and focus on crafting your perfect piece.
What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?
No need to worry! Our courier, UPS, requires a signature for delivery. If no one is available to sign, UPS will either attempt delivery again the next business day or leave the package at a nearby UPS Access Point. You can easily pick it up by presenting your identification at the Access Point.
