How do I know what my ring size is?
You can visit a local jeweler to get your ring size or purchase a ring sizer online (for about $10). We’re happy to guide you through the process if needed.
Do you offer engraving services?
Yes, we do! We can personalize your piece with engravings upon request—just let us know what you have in mind.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty covering any manufacturing defects, ensuring your jewelry remains as beautiful and well-crafted as the day you received it. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will happily cover the cost of repairs by a local jeweler in your area. We’ll guide you through the process to ensure everything is handled smoothly, without the need for international shipping.
What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?
No need to worry! Our courier, UPS, requires a signature for delivery. If no one is available to sign, UPS will either attempt delivery again the next business day or leave the package at a nearby UPS Access Point. You can easily pick it up by presenting your identification at the Access Point.
Where are your gemstones certified?
All center diamonds are certified by the GIA, and our center-colored gemstones are certified by the Precious Gem Testing Laboratories, based in Sri Lanka.

We cater to all budgets! While we can work with any budget, we recommend starting with at least $5,000 to ensure the best quality and craftsmanship.
