Given the personalized nature of custom-made jewelry, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we work closely with you during the design process to ensure you’re thrilled with the final product.

Since our jewelry is crafted in Sri Lanka, we recommend local repairs for more convenience. Feel free to consult us if needed, and we can guide you through the process.
Do you provide a warranty for custom-made jewelry?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty covering any manufacturing defects, ensuring your jewelry remains as beautiful and well-crafted as the day you received it.
Where are your gemstones certified?
All center diamonds are certified by the GIA, and our center-colored gemstones are certified by the Precious Gem Testing Laboratories, based in Sri Lanka.
How do I know what my ring size is?
You can visit a local jeweler to get your ring size or purchase a ring sizer online (for about $10). We’re happy to guide you through the process if needed.
