Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all made-to-order pieces displayed in our shop. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or alteration.
To initiate a return within the 30-day period:
- Contact Us: Email support@celebrateceylon.com to request a return.
- RMA Form: We will provide you with an RMA form to complete.
- Prepaid Shipping Label: Once the RMA form is submitted, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item.
Custom-made Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made jewelry, returns or exchanges are not available. However, we work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure you're completely satisfied. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will cover the cost of repairs by a local jeweler in your area.
Customer Rights
Your rights under local consumer laws are not affected by this policy. You may have additional rights to return or refund under local regulations.
Lifetime Warranty and Manufacturing Defects
If your jewelry exhibits a manufacturing defect after the 30-day guarantee period, we offer the following resolution:
- Repair: You may take the jewelry to a local jeweler for repairs, and we will cover the cost. Contact us for approval before proceeding with the repair.
If the defect occurs within the 30-day period, you may request a refund or replacement through our standard return process.
Refund Process and Timing
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the item. The funds will be returned to the original payment method.
Product Condition for Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging, and without signs of wear or alteration.
Handling of Replacements
- Replacement items will be shipped back to you within 4 weeks.
Exclusions
This policy does not extend to damages resulting from misuse, standard wear and tear, or shipping incidents. For shipping-related damages, please contact the carrier directly.
Cancellations
Cancellations can only be accommodated within 24 hours of order placement. If you need to cancel within this period, please contact us promptly at sanjay@celebrateceylon.com.
